Information on the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”, OJ EU L 2016, No. 119), we hereby inform you that:

  2. Requests, declarations, and all correspondence regarding the protection of personal data should be directed in writing to the above address of the Controller or by email to: contact@drivelog365.com.

  3. Your personal data submitted via the website at the domain drivelog365.com (in particular: first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address) will be processed for the purpose of properly providing electronic services through the Controller’s website, and potentially for the proper conclusion and performance of a contract between the user and the Controller, as well as for marketing purposes (where the user has given such consent).

  4. Your personal data are or may be processed, insofar as the processing relates to the following purposes: a) conclusion and performance of a contract with the Controller — the legal basis for processing is the necessity to enter into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); b) enabling the performance of a contract with the Controller — the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); c) fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions — the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); d) ensuring the safety of the Controller’s employees/collaborators, protecting property, or maintaining confidentiality of information whose disclosure could expose the Controller to harm — the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); e) establishing, pursuing, or defending potential claims by the Controller — the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 9(2)(f) GDPR); f) archival (evidentiary) purposes serving the Controller’s legitimate interest in securing information in case of a legal need to establish facts — the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 9(2)(f) GDPR).

  5. The scope of processed data includes the following categories: a) identification data (e.g. first and last name, tax identification number, place of employment, job title); b) contact data (e.g. phone number, email address); c) other data provided by you in connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract with the Controller.

  6. Providing personal data is necessary for concluding a contract with the Controller and performing it — without providing such data, it is not possible to enter into the relevant contract or to take actions related to its execution.

  7. Your personal data may be transferred to third parties solely when justified by the purpose being pursued, to the following categories of recipients: entities providing services to the Controller such as accounting and tax services, audit services, postal operators and couriers, IT system and IT service providers, insurers, entities providing technical, organizational, and advisory support, entities providing legal services, entities providing archiving services, entities providing personal and property protection services, and entities authorized under applicable law.

  8. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In general, personal data will be processed for the duration of the relevant contract, and after its termination for: a) the period necessary to fulfill obligations or exercise rights arising from legal provisions, b) the statute of limitations for claims and until the conclusion of civil, enforcement, administrative, and criminal proceedings requiring data processing.

  9. You have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing — in the cases and under the conditions specified in the GDPR.

  11. Providing your personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing data will be the inability to conclude the relevant contract with the Controller and its proper performance.

  12. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

  13. This Privacy Policy is effective from 11 July 2025 until further notice and fulfills the legal obligation arising from Art. 13–14 of the GDPR. We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy, always with the aim of improving the quality of our services and in respect of your rights and privacy.

  14. The website uses cookies and other tracking technologies to ensure proper operation, traffic analysis, and marketing activities. Depending on the consent given, the following categories of cookies may be used: — necessary — ensuring the proper functioning of the website, — analytical — enabling traffic analysis (e.g. Google Analytics), — marketing — used for ad personalization (e.g. Google Ads).
